Clever Cleans Co. is looking for reliable and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaners to join our team in Des Plaines and surrounding Northwest Chicago suburbs.

Pay:

$26-$32 per hour, depending on experience and performance. We are looking for responsible cleaners who take pride in their work, pay attention to details, and can provide consistently high-quality cleaning for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential regular, deep, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleanings
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas according to company standards
• Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize surfaces, and complete assigned cleaning tasks
• Arrive on time and communicate professionally with the company and clients
• Travel to client homes in Des Plaines and surrounding suburbs

Requirements:

• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
• Ability to travel between client locations
• Smartphone with reliable service
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Cleaning experience preferred
