Schedule:
Part-Time | Saturdays & Sundays As a Common Area Attendant, you'll help keep guest and shared areas clean, safe, and welcoming. You'll also assist with laundry duties as needed. What You'll Do Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, restrooms, lounges, elevators, and stairwells Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas Empty trash and restock restroom supplies Deliver guest supplies to units as needed Maintain cleaning equipment and report issues or safety concerns Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Provide friendly and professional service to guests and team members Assist with laundry duties as needed Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well with a team Able to communicate effectively in English Professional appearance and good personal hygiene Previous housekeeping, laundry, janitorial, custodial, or hotel experience is a plus—but not required Physical Requirements This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Employees must be able to safely operate cleaning equipment and push/pull carts or equipment weighing over 100 lbs.
