• Full Time Residence Inn Hotel, East Peoria, is looking for a dependable Houseman to join our team!

This position is responsible for maintaining clean and presentable public areas throughout the hotel and assisting with light maintenance tasks.

Schedule:

1st shift. Includes occasional weekends. Duties and Responsibilities Clean and maintain hotel public spaces, including hallways, lobby, common areas, and other assigned areas Assist with light maintenance and general upkeep throughout the property Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel grounds and common areas Respond to cleaning and maintenance needs as assigned Assist housekeeping and other departments as needed Follow all safety and cleanliness procedures Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Reliable and dependable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying Previous hotel, housekeeping, janitorial, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required Must be available to work occasional weekends
