Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met across all areas Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and janitorial tools efficiently and safely Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment while adhering to safety protocols Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, floors, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning detergents and techniques Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service Ensure all cleaning supplies and detergents are stored properly and used responsibly Follow established protocols for custodial and janitorial responsibilities in residential or commercial settings Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining quality standards Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning procedures including sanitation standards, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor maintenance Familiarity with various cleaning equipment and tools used in professional housekeeping environments Experience with laundry operations and handling cleaning detergents safely Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely Customer service experience emphasizing clear communication with clients about their expectations Background in janitorial or custodial roles demonstrating reliability and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in fast-paced environments

Pay:

$15.75 - $16.50 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 32.0 per week
