Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining pristine living and working environments by performing a variety of cleaning and housekeeping duties. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere for residents, guests, or clients, contributing to their overall satisfaction and experience. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of residential or commercial spaces. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Maintain floors through proper care techniques like sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor buffing to ensure they remain spotless and safe. Prepare and serve meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills to support residents or guests. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Manage custodial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and floor care methods. Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, and floor buffers. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward residents or guests. Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required. $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
