Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

What You'll Do:

As a Housekeeper, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.

Your duties will include:

Cleaning and resetting guest rooms to brand standards Changing bed linens, replacing towels, and restocking guest amenities Vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, and cleaning floors Reporting any maintenance issues or lost & found items promptly Ensuring hallways, storage rooms, and carts are neat and organized Following safety procedures and using cleaning chemicals properly Working efficiently to meet daily room cleaning quotas Assisting with laundry duties as needed (on rotation or as assigned) Providing friendly service to guests if encountered during work Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is advantageous. Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
