Able to operate cleaning equipment such as, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc. Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed. Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills. Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents. General knowledge of sanitation. Strong organization and time management skills. Basic computer skills. Responsibilities The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing cleaning duties assigned to apartments, interior and exterior common areas and amenities. Clean public areas and resident's apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
