The ideal candidate will ensure each property is spotless, welcoming, and ready for new guests. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional guest experiences through thorough cleaning and maintenance. Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial services is highly valued. A strong focus on sanitation, customer service, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed Conduct laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected following health standards Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and performing carpet cleaning when necessary Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning essentials to ensure the property is fully equipped for incoming guests Handle light maintenance tasks related to cleanliness and safety Manage custodial responsibilities including trash removal and general upkeep of the property exterior and interior Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Follow detailed checklists to guarantee all aspects of cleanliness meet company standards Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred Skills in various cleaning techniques including floor care and carpet cleaning Experience with laundry operations and housekeeper management is a plus Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple properties efficiently Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving around large spaces Reliable transportation required Ability to meet tight turnaround times during guest check‑in/out windows Must be comfortable using a smartphone for schedules, checklists, and photo documentation This role offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and dedication are highly valued.
