Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to uphold cleanliness standards. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety compliance. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively for floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or supplies with safety precautions in mind. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service during each visit. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor cleaning, carpet care, dusting, and surface sanitation. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes. Physical stamina for outdoor work experience, heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
