SUMMARY Clean and perform light maintenance at Support Center and satellite facilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Empty wastebaskets Clean restrooms in detail and replenish supplies Vacuum hallways and offices Sweep and mop all hard surfaces Dust furniture, blinds, etc. Light maintenance work Shovel snow Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Or one to three months related experience and/or training; Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid Class D drivers license.
