Responsibilities:

Develops, maintains a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members Adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures Knowledge of all promotions and events Men's & women's restrooms cleaned and maintained Empty all trash in restrooms as well as on the casino floor, front lobby areas, and back of the house Associate Dinning Room maintained Faces, sides, tops and bases of machines wiped clean Floor clean of clutter Vacuum where designated Ensure all duties and responsibilities are performed to the best of each staff member's ability Answer radio calls and communicate professionally All other duties as assigned
