Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to ensure a spotless environment Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and floor polishers with proper manual handling techniques Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures following health standards to promote safety and hygiene Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens for clients Use cleaning detergents effectively while adhering to safety guidelines for chemical handling and storage Clean various surfaces such as countertops, appliances, windows, and furniture with precision and care Conduct outdoor work when necessary, including patio or balcony cleaning and outdoor furniture maintenance Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their preferences and needs Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, supporting scheduling and inventory management of cleaning supplies Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning roles demonstrating strong janitorial or custodial skills Hands-on experience with floor cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, tile maintenance, and floor polishing Knowledge of cleaning surfaces using appropriate methods and products for different materials Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and mops Background in laundry services with understanding of fabric care and stain removal techniques Experience in outdoor work environments involving patio or garden area maintenance is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or large items during deep cleans Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client locations Join our team as a Housekeeper if you are passionate about creating clean, comfortable homes through meticulous attention to detail and proactive service.
