Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-time Housekeeping Associate and play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Handle various cleaning agents and chemicals safely, following safety data sheets (SDS) and hotel protocols Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop floors, and ensure all surfaces are sanitized to meet sanitation standards Manage heavy lifting tasks such as moving furniture or supplies with proper manual handling techniques Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and other designated areas with attention to detail Follow hotel emergency procedures and safety guidelines during all cleaning activities Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained, stored, and used efficiently to maximize productivity Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services with knowledge of industrial cleaning methods Skilled in floor care including floor cleaning, stripping, sealing, waxing, and polishing surfaces Ability to handle chemical agents responsibly while ensuring safety for yourself and others Strong customer service orientation with the ability to respond professionally to guest requests or concerns Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management practices and custodial procedures Capable of performing heavy lifting safely and efficiently during routine tasks Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all staff and guests Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication to cleanliness directly enhances our guests' stay.
