Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle janitorial tasks efficiently by disposing of trash, cleaning windows, dusting surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness in storage closets. Follow established safety procedures during cleaning activities and operate cleaning equipment properly. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to maintain the hotel's pristine appearance. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment operation. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools or equipment is advantageous. Demonstrated commitment to hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.
