Overview Hiring Reliable Cleaning Contractors! Flexible schedule, pay per job, work as much or as little as you want. Residential & Airbnb cleaning - be your own boss with our NWI cleaning company. 1099 Independent Contractor - must have transportation, your own equipment, general liability insurance, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Follow specific cleaning protocols to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are met Manage your own schedule by selecting appointments that fit your availability Have, and maintain your own cleaning equipment, as well as general liability insurance of your own. Communicate clearly with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences Maintain cleanliness logs and report any issues or damages observed during service Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled time frames Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
