Job Description

Responsibilities:
Clean rooms daily as directed by supervisor. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Fill and process guest requests as quickly as possible. Provide courteous and friendly service to hotel guests. Strip soiled linens from beds and remake neatly with clean, unstained linen. Thoroughly and completely dust all furniture, fixtures, etc. Thoroughly clean the bathroom and vanity area. Wash the inside of windows, and be sure mirrors are spotless. Thoroughly vacuum the carpeting of all assigned rooms. Replace all guest room amenities in their proper place. Keep linen cart as neat and organized as possible. Restock all linen cart supplies before ending shift. Ensure all collateral in is the room, and all lights are working properly. Turn in all liquor found in checked-out rooms to housekeeping supervisor. Use correct procedures for operating all equipment. Follow proper procedure for all lost and found items in guest rooms. Informs supervisor of any early checkouts, refuse service, or late service. Reports, to Room Inspectors, any maintenance work orders for needed repairs to room. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours). Always follow the Company Service Standards model. Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends. Other duties may be assigned at any time.
Work Environment:
The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.

Tuition Reimbursement Target Salary Range:
