Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, and public areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care procedures Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly Assist with basic cooking tasks or meal preparation when required to support resident or guest needs Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns professionally Follow established janitorial and custodial procedures to uphold safety and hygiene standards at all times Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and proper use of cleaning products and equipment Experience with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and maintenance of various flooring types Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or custodial experience preferred Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating welcoming spaces where cleanliness meets comfort!
