Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents or guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential or hospitality spaces. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and customer service skills will ensure that every space is pristine, organized, and inviting. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Execute floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and ensuring proper waste disposal Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and courteously Manage cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating with team members Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is highly preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and stain removal techniques Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and safety protocols is a plus Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, welcoming spaces where people feel comfortable and cared for!
