Job Description

The Spa/Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for keeping pool areas stocked with necessary sheets and towels. The Spa Attendant also keeps amenities, towels, and robes stocked in locker room. The Spa/Housekeeping Attendant keeps water glasses out and available to guests, maintains cleanliness in sp Perks 401k, Monthly Bonus, Fitness Center, Profit Sharing, Benefits Package, PTO

BASIC FUNCTION

The Spa/Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for keeping pool areas stocked with necessary sheets and towels. The Spa Attendant also keeps amenities, towels, and robes stocked in locker room. The Spa/Housekeeping Attendant keeps water glasses out and available to guests, maintains cleanliness in spa area, and assists housekeeping in locker room. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of company policies and procedures and Internal Control standards and objectives.

EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Must have High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).  Previous related employment experience.  Must have basic knowledge of chemicals and their uses.  Must be able to work on feet for an extended period of time.  Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.  Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.  Employment contingent upon favorable background investigation and drug screening.  Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to work in the Casino in a non-sensitive area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Keeps treatment rooms stocked. 2. Keeps pool area clean and orderly. 3. Assists guests with lockers. 4. Cleans and disinfects sandals. 5. Keeps locker room stocked with amenities and towels. 6. Keeps water glasses stocked and available. 7. Reports all problems to Lobby Supervisor. 8. Removes all soiled linens and towels on a constant basis. 9. Stocks clean linen and towels. 10. Provides assistance in other job classification as determined necessary by immediate superior. 11. Performs other duties as reasonably requested by Management.
