Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, or commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health guidelines Care for flooring through sweeping, mopping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure durability and appearance Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally during visits Manage janitorial responsibilities including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained properly Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or move-in/move-out sanitation to meet specific client requests Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry roles is a plus Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care methods Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols related to cleaning products and equipment Hands-on experience with laundry services and housekeeper duties is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles demonstrates reliability and professionalism Join us as a Cleaning Professional in NW IN to help create pristine environments that leave lasting positive impressions!
