Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of residential or commercial spaces, ensuring high standards of sanitation and presentation. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients and guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your cleaning expertise while providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a spotless environment Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and bathrooms by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, fixtures, and ensuring proper sanitation standards are met Care for floors through carpet cleaning, floor care routines, and appropriate use of cleaning equipment to preserve their appearance and longevity Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly, respecting privacy, and communicating effectively to ensure satisfaction Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and sanitation procedures to promote a safe work environment Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory control of supplies and reporting maintenance issues Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or housekeeper management is a plus Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Basic cooking skills are advantageous for preparing light refreshments or assisting with household chores as needed Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks effectively Tipo de puesto: Medio tiempo
