Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and other common areas
• Make beds and change linens
• Restock supplies in designated areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
• Adhere to housekeeping schedules and complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes

Skills:

• Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products
• Ability to handle floor care tasks, such as carpet cleaning or floor waxing
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
• Knowledge of custodial procedures and practices is a plus
