Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to meet client specifications Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are maintained Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various flooring types including carpets and hardwood surfaces Use janitorial tools and cleaning equipment effectively while adhering to safety protocols for manual handling and heavy lifting Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Manage time effectively to complete scheduled tasks within designated periods while maintaining high-quality standards Conduct outdoor work when necessary, including cleaning outdoor furniture or patios as part of comprehensive housekeeping services Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation procedures Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and safety practices related to manual handling and heavy lifting Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple client homes Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and understanding of specific cleaning requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting heavy objects, and outdoor work when needed Prior experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping is a plus Join us if you're passionate about creating pristine living spaces!
