Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Maintain high standards of floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure spotless surfaces Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products to ensure availability for all areas Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards Adhere to established cleanliness checklists and quality assurance procedures during each shift Support team members with additional janitorial tasks during busy periods or special events Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles, preferably within hotels or similar environments Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods Familiarity with janitorial equipment, cleaning chemicals, and safety regulations Excellent attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards and guest satisfaction Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is highly desirable Join us in creating a clean, comfortable space that guests love!
