Part-time, Full-time Job Summary:

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment in guest rooms and public areas. This role ensures that all rooms meet the brand's cleanliness standards and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to IHG/brand standards Make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and replenish amenities Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items such as towels or toiletries Report any maintenance issues, damage, or lost & found items to the appropriate department Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures at all times Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms and information Work closely with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction Adhere to time standards for room cleaning and productivity goals

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, push, and stand for long periods

Physical Requirements:

Lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs frequently Ability to stand and move continuously during shift Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment in a safe manner
