Monday through Friday Contract or Contract-to-Hire Opportunity BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to support an apartment community in Olathe, KS 66061. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces and brings a positive, dependable work ethic to the team. Responsibilities

Clean and maintain vacant apartment units, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas

Clean and maintain community common areas, hallways, breezeways, and other shared spaces

Remove trash and debris from apartments and common areas

Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas

Clean and disinfect countertops, appliances, fixtures, windows, and other surfaces

Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing detailed cleaning and ensuring units are move-in ready

Restock cleaning supplies and report any damaged or missing items

Assist with light cleaning and upkeep throughout the property as needed

Follow proper safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment

Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and inviting for residents and visitors

Requirements

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, apartment cleaning, or general cleaning experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Ability to follow cleaning procedures and instructions

Positive attitude and willingness to support the onsite team
