Olathe, KS Help Create a Safe, Clean, and Welcoming Environment KidsTLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Our Housekeepers play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for the children, families, and employees we serve. What You'll Do As a member of our Campus Management team, you'll help keep KidsTLC facilities and grounds clean, comfortable, and looking their best.
Responsibilities include:
Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and buff floors Vacuum and steam clean carpets Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, and common areas Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment Empty trash and properly dispose of refuse Clean windows, windowsills, walls, and vents Replenish paper products, soap, and other supplies Use industrial scrubbers, buffers, carpet cleaners, pressure washers, and other cleaning equipment Perform sanitation, disinfecting, and fogging as needed Keep entrances, sidewalks, and outdoor areas clean and free of debris Change light bulbs and furnace filters as needed Report leaks, clogged drains, equipment issues, and other facility concerns Perform minor maintenance tasks as directed Monitor cleaning supplies and report inventory needs Complete required documentation and communicate facility concerns to Campus Management What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, organized, and takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment.
Qualifications include:
High school diploma General knowledge of housekeeping, custodial duties, and property maintenance Two years of related experience preferred Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable and able to complete assigned responsibilities in a timely manner Why Join KidsTLC?
