Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety. Communicate effectively with guests regarding their cleaning needs or special requests while providing excellent customer service. Use cleaning detergents and equipment responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment. Skills Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods. Strong communication skills for effective guest interaction and team collaboration. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking. Experience in housekeeping management or supervising team members is a plus but not required.
