We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests' rooms are clean, comfortable, and presentable. Your exceptional cleaning skills and attention to detail will contribute to providing a pleasant experience for our guests during their stay. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and public areas, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Strip beds, change linens, and make beds in accordance with established hotel standards.
• Replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
• Empty trash and replace garbage bags in guest rooms and public areas.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or equipment malfunctions to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Maintain the stock of cleaning supplies and inform the housekeeping supervisor when supplies need replenishing.
• Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, folding of linen.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both you and your guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.

Required Skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals, and the ability to safely handle and operate them. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs. Professional and courteous attitude towards guests and team members.

Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
