Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a spotless appearance Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests or residents Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely resolution Adhere to established health and safety standards to create a safe environment for all occupants Support team efforts by assisting with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping roles, preferably within hospitality or industrial settings Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, and buffing floors Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Join us in creating clean, comfortable environments that leave lasting positive impressions!
