About This Role:

This is a part-time/flex position, different from our full-time schedule. We need team members with genuinely flexible availability who can help cover callouts, overflow cleans, and developing routes. The more open your availability, the better fit this is — if you can only work a narrow, fixed window each week, this role likely isn't the right match. I am offering… Comprehensive Paid Training

Responsibilities Show up to all scheduled cleans 5 minutes early Greet client. Remove dirt from home. Have the client sign the checklist. Provide the office your availability on a weekly or monthly basis Accept same-day assignments with a minimum 2-hour notice when scheduled

Requirements:

Lift 20 lbs Stand, bend, kneel, push, pull and perform cleaning duties Read, speak, and write English fluently Valid driver's license Have reliable transportation Pass a criminal background check Flexible availability (open availability preferred; consistent part-time availability also considered) Results Increase in recurring clients Increase in Google reviews Fellow cleaners want to work with you Client request you I am looking for hard-working, flexible team members who want to grow with our company and show up to work everyday with a purpose.
