Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and using specialized equipment for deep cleaning as needed. Handle manual lifting of furniture, supplies, and cleaning materials safely while adhering to proper handling protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each interaction. Conduct outdoor work when necessary for property maintenance or cleaning exterior areas, ensuring a comprehensive approach to cleanliness. Experience Previous experience in residential or hospitality cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floors, and outdoor areas using appropriate tools and techniques. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and proper use of cleaning equipment is advantageous. Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated schedules while maintaining high standards of quality.
