Communicate professionally with clients regarding their preferences and special requests to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in HOTEL cleaning or housekeeping roles, including janitorial or custodial experience. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple

ROOMS IN A HOTEL

Physical stamina for lifting, manual handling, BENDING, KNEELING ECT... when necessary. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with GUESTS. Familiarity with cleaning procedures such as dusting, surface sanitation, carpet cleaning, and floor maintenance is highly desirable. Previous experience in housekeeping is a plus.
