The Holiday Inn Express & Suites is hiring for the Housekeeping Department, which includes room attendants, janitorial team, and laundry team. Scheduled hours may vary based on hotel needs. Job purpose As a Housekeeping member you'll make sure our rooms and suites are always 'fresh and welcoming' for our guests after a busy day at work

You are responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to brand standards, delivering excellent service, and supporting overall hotel operations. Your Day-to-Day People Work independently and manage assigned rooms efficiently. Follow training guidelines and safety procedures per IHG and IHG 5S Way of Clean. Communicate room status and needs with supervisors. Guest Experience Clean and service guest rooms including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing amenities, and removing trash. Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and safety concerns. Respond professionally to guest requests and special needs. Maintain public areas as assigned. Quality & Standards Follow proper chemical usage, sanitation procedures, and safety standards. Maintain cleaning equipment and carts in organized condition. Stock cleaning carts and linen carts daily to IHG 5S Way of Clean standards. Follow brand standards for room presentation. Responsible Business Use supplies responsibly to minimize waste. Follow lost and found and security procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Accountabilities This position supports hotel cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction. Housekeepers are responsible for completing assigned rooms within productivity expectations while maintaining quality, safety, and professionalism. What we need from you Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, pushing carts, and repetitive motions. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic communication skills in the local language. Prior housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest service. How do I deliver this?
