Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial, industrial, and residential settings. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming. Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Handle facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure a well-kept environment. Execute custodial duties including trash removal, surface sanitization, and equipment cleaning. Assist with special projects such as residential painting or deep cleaning initiatives. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment operation is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks. A proactive approach towards maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Willingness to learn new skills related to facilities maintenance and industrial cleaning practices.
