Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures when using chemicals and equipment to promote a safe environment for yourself and colleagues Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues that require attention Assist with special cleaning projects like carpet shampooing or industrial cleaning tasks as needed to maintain overall hotel hygiene Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping is highly preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning Familiarity with hotel operations or experience in hospitality settings is a strong advantage Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving furniture or equipment Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Previous custodial or industrial cleaning experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional cleanliness!
