You MUST welcome and acknowledge all guests when you come into contact with our guests, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests. Providing the highest level of guest service and hospitality is a MUST. Job Qualifications

• Previous Houseman and/or Janitorial Experience Preferred
• This position requires standing and walking for entire shift. Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs. Extensive standing, stooping, and bending over is involved. Daily duties
• stripping guest rooms of dirty linens and trash, cleaning public areas, vacuuming, cleaning carpets and upholstery, assisting in laundry when needed, helping the room attendants keep their carts stocked with supplies and occasionally helping clean guest rooms if short handed. This position requires strong attention to detail
• Must be responsible and punctual
• Must have be able to follow directions as instructed
• Must have a positive, want to work attitude and have great people skills
• must be available to work all shifts including weekends
