) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional residential cleaning services that ensure our clients' homes are spotless, sanitized, and welcoming. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens efficiently. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents for various surfaces, including carpets, floors, countertops, and appliances. Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or equipment with proper safety techniques. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all tools are in good working condition. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service. Follow time management practices to complete scheduled appointments efficiently without compromising quality. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines related to janitorial, custodial, and outdoor cleaning tasks. Demonstrate strong attention to detail in cleaning surfaces, floors, and outdoor areas as required by each client. Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning procedures including sanitation standards, floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface maintenance. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment, and tools used in housecleaning operations. Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting, manual handling, dusting high surfaces, and outdoor work. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple client locations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations. Experience with laundry tasks and outdoor cleaning is a plus.
