Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience Skills
- Experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing rooms to varying levels within time limits
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work with little supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
