Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Clean floors using various techniques including Vacuuming and mopping. Maintain open communication with supervisors to understand the specific cleaning tasks to provide excellent customer service. Follow safety protocols for janitorial and custodial work, ensuring proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment. Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated time frames while maintaining quality standards. Assist with outdoor work when necessary, such as patio or porch cleaning, to ensure the entire property is well-maintained. Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or janitorial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently; familiarity with cleaning detergents is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Good time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete work promptly. Outdoor work experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a proactive attitude is essential.
