Cleaning Technician /

Janitorial Specialist Position Overview:

Perform professional cleaning services for commercial clients including offices, retail stores, medical facilities, churches, and industrial spaces throughout Northwest Louisiana.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute hospital-grade cleaning and sanitization procedures Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Vacuum, mop, and maintain all floor surfaces Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Restock supplies (paper products, soap, etc.) Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and schedules Operate cleaning equipment safely (vacuums, floor buffers, etc.) Report maintenance issues or supply needs to supervisor Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all client sites Specialized Services (as assigned): Medical office sanitization following healthcare protocols Post-construction cleanup and debris removal AirB&B turnover cleaning with attention to detail Move-in/move-out deep cleaning services Industrial and warehouse facility maintenance

Requirements:

Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends as needed) Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Attention to detail and quality standards Professional demeanor and customer service skills Background check required (especially for medical facilities) Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
