We are seeking a friendly, customer service focused Housekeeper / breakfast attendant to join our team at Fairfield by Marriott in Natchitoches. In this position you will be responsible for weekend / weekday breakfast attendant duties, while maintaining hotel brand standards. We are currently hiring for Hotel Housekeeping staff at Fairfield Inn. Housekeeping staff can be assigned to a variety of hotel housekeeping duties such as cleaning guest rooms and hotel grounds, performing laundry, and inspecting rooms to assist in identifying maintenance items needed per hotel standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform all assigned housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Perform duties of thoroughly cleaning rooms, hallways, lobby, restrooms, elevators, stairways, etc.
• Perform duties of properly Laundry such as pulling linens, washing, drying, folding, and organizing of linens.
• Dispose trash and sweeping of parking lot.
• Perform any additional work related to Housekeeping and Laundry.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have Hotel Housekeeping Experience.
• Must be able to focus and complete all assigned shift duties.
• Must be able to properly complete all duties quickly and efficiently without being supervised.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to lift, push, slide, and otherwise move items weighing approximately 50 pounds.
• Must have a reliable, honest, and hardworking personality.
• Must have excellent communication skills, professional and friendly attitude, multitasking ability and team player personality.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Saturday and Sunday is mandatory.
