Duties Perform routine facilities maintenance including repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of common areas and guest rooms Assist with residential painting projects, touch-ups, and surface preparations to maintain aesthetic standards Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally Maintaining the public areas - ensuring the cleanliness is up to standard - sweeping, mopping, vacuuming all hallways, dusting, etc Daily trash collection Assisting with completing all work orders pertaining to the upkeep of the facility Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate tasks and interact with guests or team members Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing ladders, and operating hand tools safely Join us in creating a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment where guests feel valued.
