We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant / Housekeeping professional to ensure our guests enjoy spotless, comfortable accommodations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality in a fast-paced environment. Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all spaces meet quality standards. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to keep all surfaces pristine. Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with deep cleaning projects and special requests as needed to exceed guest expectations. Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficiency. Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping is highly preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting. Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering excellent service. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts. Previous hotel or custodial experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. A positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating welcoming environments for guests.
