In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of restroom facilities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting overall facility upkeep. Your proactive approach will help create a positive experience for guests while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of restroom facilities, including sinks, toilets, floors, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. Monitor restroom supplies and restock paper towels, toilet paper, soap dispensers, and other essentials to ensure continuous availability. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, promptly reporting issues to the facilities management team. Handle cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols. Ensure compliance with chemical handling safety procedures when using cleaning agents or other hazardous materials. Provide friendly customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns courteously and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial or residential settings. Knowledge of proper chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and other custodial tools. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward guest interactions. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts.
