Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a fresh and inviting environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and managing waste disposal. Perform detailed floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and using industrial cleaning equipment to uphold safety and hygiene standards. Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold safety standards. Follow all health and safety protocols related to cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and infection control practices. Support housekeeping management in inventory control and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work within hotels or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and hard surface polishing. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness standards. Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service expectations. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and management.
