Utilize cleaning equipment and detergents effectively while implementing proper cleaning and sanitation procedures. Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and household linens. Maintain the cleanliness of various household areas through regular cleaning routines. Assist with sewing tasks as needed to support household needs. Monitor and ensure the proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment. Communicate effectively with household members regarding cleaning schedules or special requests. Watch over the house to ensure security and address any immediate household needs. Qualifications Proven experience in residential housekeeping or similar roles within private homes. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, detergents, and sanitation procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to perform physical tasks such as dusting, floor cleaning, and laundry efficiently. Good communication skills to interact professionally with household members. Trustworthiness and discretion in handling household matters. Flexibility to perform various household chores including sewing and watching over the house as required.
