- Cub's Den Playroom Attendant Hancock, MA Apply Seasonal \| Part-Time or Full-Time Position Summary The Cub\'s Den Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our youngest guests while creating a fun, welcoming environment for children and parents alike. Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide attentive care to children and communicate with parents in a positive and professional manner
- Take and record reservations, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up
- Register and label children\'s personal belongings for safe keeping
- Set up, maintain, and sanitize toys, games, and play equipment
- Order, pick up, and help monitor children\'s lunches
- Follow procedures for diaper changing, restroom use, and crib maintenance
- Safely use all cleaning products and equipment in accordance with training
- Understand and enforce Cub\'s Den rules, including child pick-up codes, medical conditions, and food allergies
- Maintain a safe and controlled play environment by guiding appropriate behavior
- Complete opening and closing duties, including safety checklists
- Accurately handle daily deposits and submit to Guest Services
- Ensure proper sign-in and sign-out procedures for all children
- Communicate any concerns promptly to a supervisor Qualifications
- Must be 14 years or older
- Ability to work with children ages 6 months and up
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation required
