Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (PART TIME)

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform the following functions in each assigned suites or common areas:

Bathroom:

clean shower, sink, mirror, toilet, sweep and wash floor and vinyl wall covering.

Kitchenette:

clean sink, counter tops, cabinets, face of the refrigerator, microwave and stove top

Dust:

windowsills and furniture where there are no knickknacks.

Bed:

change bed linens with a clean set provided by New Horizons. Place soiled linens in laundry bag and bring to laundry room at the end of the shift. If the resident is using their own sheets, housekeeper will then change and make the bed if resident leaves fresh sheets out for the housekeeper. Place the soiled sheets in the laundry bin in resident's suite.

Vacuum :

all carpeted area in suites where there are no furniture and outside suite entrance as needed.

Dust:

windowsills and furniture.

Clean:

windows, baseboards, handrails, light fixtures and floors

Vacuum :

all carpeted area Report any unusual circumstances in suites or in resident status to housekeeping supervisor.

EXAMPLE:

rug stains, burns, NHM silverware or napkins, etc. Others duties as assigned.
