WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

Monday through Friday, approximately 8:30am to 3:30pm Both part-time 15 to 25 hours and full-time 30 to 38 hours positions are available. You'll arrive at the office each morning, grab coffee with the team, pack your caddy, and head out to clean residential homes throughout the day. You'll clean kitchens and bathrooms, dust, vacuum, mop, and help make our clients' homes sparkle. At the end of your route, you unload with your team and you're done. No night shifts. No weekends. Your evenings are yours. This is an active, physical job. You'll be on your feet throughout the day and must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. If you like staying active instead of sitting behind a desk all day, you'll probably love it here.

CAR AND DRIVER'S LICENSE ARE REQUIRED

Because of the nature of this position, you must have a reliable vehicle, valid U.S. driver's license, and auto insurance to be considered. We don't want to waste your time. If you don't currently have these, this position isn't the right fit.

PAY, BONUSES & PERKS

We pay weekly by direct deposit. Once you're off training pay, you can qualify for an additional $2.00 per hour performance bonus on top of your base pay. Ask us during your interview how to qualify. And here's another nice perk: About 70% of our clients tip regularly. We also pay you for drive time between clients. Team routes use company vehicles. Solo cleaners receive mileage reimbursement when using their own vehicles. Either way, when you're traveling between Maid Brite clients, you're on paid time.

TEAM CLEANING OR SOLO CLEANING

We offer both. Love working with a crew? We've got a team for you. Have strong residential cleaning experience and prefer working independently? You may qualify for one of our solo routes. We'll talk with you during your interview about which opportunity fits you best.

ALREADY CLEANING FOR ANOTHER COMPANY?

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone with 1 to 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience.

You must also:

Have a valid U.S. driver's license Have a reliable vehicle and auto insurance Live within approximately 15 miles of Methuen, MA Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members Pass our required background screening Have a smartphone with a data plan Be comfortable working in homes with pets Be able to lift up to 35 lbs Have dependable transportation and reliable attendance Because our clients and teams depend on one another, reliability matters here. Multiple homes are scheduled each day, so you must be someone we can count on to work your scheduled shifts except in genuine emergencies. Beyond the requirements, we're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, hardworking, positive, customer-service minded, and proud of doing great work.
